1. Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure (details provided during booking).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing. Refund policies vary due to permit fees, flights, and operational costs.

Certain services (permits, domestic flights) may be non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All clients must carry comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• High-altitude trekking (above 5,000m where applicable)
• Emergency evacuation by helicopter
• Medical treatment
• Trip cancellation

Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

4. Assumption of Risk

Trekking in Nepal involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Altitude sickness
• Weather changes
• Remote medical access
• Natural hazards
• Trail conditions

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Medical Disclosure

You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to trek safely.

Failure to disclose may result in removal from the trip without refund.

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Government regulations
• Safety concerns
• Guide discretion

Safety decisions made by guides are final.

7. Force Majeure

Path2Asia is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Political instability
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Airline disruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

Path2Asia acts as a coordinator with licensed local operators. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages beyond our reasonable control.
